The enterprise has been established as LLC in November 6, 2000, its principal work being polygraphy.
The enterprise has its own printing-house, four print machines by Heidelberg and Roland have been purchased; as well as, two cutting machines, post processing equipment, own computer engineering and Repro center providing desktop publishing.
16 people are employed at the enterprise.
The enterprise offers a full specter of printing and publishing industry, starting with the design output till the ready product- booklets, newspapers (small editions), stickers, posters, cards and other advertising materials.
Taking into account, the short working time of the enterprise, reliability of its provided polygraphy services is not the main factor. Nevertheless, the clients, who have started to use the service provided by LLC Zemgus LB, are still continuing to do so. The situation can be based on the fact that the enterprise is constantly working on the quality of the work and strictly follows the terms; thus providing the quality of the printed work without any delay in time.
Besides, the head office of the enterprise works out different special offers- one of them is the following - the agreements concluded by a client in September about works for November and December- calendars that are rather large and difficult work- receive a discount. Moreover, in this case, the work is prepared in advance, thus avoiding the mistakes that are characteristic for rushed works, which, unfortunately, is most common particularly in December.

If the client provides a large amount of work, a separate project manager, who works only with the particular client, can be employed.
In order to explore the wishes of the customers, the enterprise has intended to pay a great attention to the issue. Client questionnaires are planned once a year, in order to know what they like and what problems have been experienced during the previous co-work. The enterprise will offer the output of web pages, providing the maintenance of the pages with the help of the intercession agreements. It is possible according to good specialists- desktop publishers, who work at the enterprise; thus allowing to plan the offer of such new service.
